The ACMA is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join the Business and Services Support Section. If you are familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and have experience working with, administering, and configuring ITSM platforms this may be the job for you. The Service Manager is a pivotal role that will lead the administration and continuous improvement activities related to the ACMA's ITSM Platform - Ivanti Neuron. These activities include the continuous development of the Service Catalogue, alongside designing and refining how ITSM business practices are delivered through the platform. The ideal candidate for the Service Manager role will have: . Experience in administration and development of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM (or similar toolsets) . Experience in implementing and/or managing IT Service Management practices and processes within an organisation . Experience working in and/or understanding a complex ICT environment and the stakeholders that depend upon ICT services
