About the role:

We currently have a 12 months fixed-term contract opportunity for a talented Project Officer to join our team at The Peter Faber Business School. In this role, you will coordinate, in collaboration with Heads of Disciplines, Course Coordinators and academics, under the guidance from DHOS and NHOS, the development and launch of the Bachelor of Business (BBus) course within the Peter Faber Business School.

Your exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with critical thinking will see you develop timelines and milestones, as well as providing organisational and administrative support in building the course. It includes supporting completion of the course design, rules and proposal in the Course Management System. This encompasses the transition plan for existing Business School undergraduate courseware as relevant, liaison with internal stakeholders regarding double degree development and impacted pathway programs, promotional and student recruitment plans, and liaison support to academics with accreditation bodies and industry stakeholders.

  • Total remuneration valued to $117,590 - $127,214(pro rata) pa, including salary component $99,365 - $107,498 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
  • 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
  • Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
