About the role:

Our Digital division currently has an opportunity for a Software Test Automation Engineer to join our team and focus on implementing automation frameworks, developing automated performance and regression scripts, developing test strategies for testing solutions and maintaining and improving test suites. In this role, you will work closely with developers within the team, business stakeholders and engage with other teams within the IT Directorate. As an experienced testing and quality assurance subject matter expert, you will take pride in advising and consulting with business system owners and the IT Directorate on enhancing and maximising benefits out of existing testing practices and solutions in accordance with industry best practices and standards. You will play a critical role in implementing automated testing tools to further enhance the ACU's testing capability.

More specifically the role entails:

  • Implementing Test automation framework from scratch for Dynamics 365 and Sitecore
  • Designing and building low code solutions
  • Developing Performance, API, Data and Regression Tests
  • Facilitating/ stakeholder engagements and vendor meetings on testing activities
  • Providing leadership and including coaching to uplift and enhance and uplift team capabilities

  • Total remuneration valued to $117,590 - $127,214(pro rata) pa, including salary component $99,365 - $107,498 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
  • 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
  • Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
