The Senior Business Analyst plays a strategic role in shaping and delivering projects and programs that support AFSA’s organisational objectives. Operating with a high level of autonomy, they lead discovery activities, define business needs, and translate complex problems into clear, actionable requirements. They work across multidisciplinary teams to identify improvement opportunities, assess solution options, and ensure alignment with user needs and business goals. With a focus on user experience, service quality, and ethical, evidence-based decision-making, the Senior Business Analyst influences change and contributes to the delivery of meaningful, high-impact outcomes.

While the advertised salary range is $116,203 - $136,790, we are open to discussing salary adjustments based on the candidate's demonstrated experience and skills, and subject to delegate approval.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney
