As a Case Manager, Criminal Assets Management, you will manage complex cases involving restrained and forfeited criminal assets, helping ensure assets are preserved, administered and disposed of in accordance with legislative requirements and community expectations. Working closely with the Australian Federal Police, government agencies, legal representatives, service providers and internal stakeholders, you will assess matters, investigate issues and provide expert case management support. The role delivers fair, timely and evidence-based decisions, high-quality stakeholder engagement, and effective management of high-value assets. Through your work, you will contribute to protecting the integrity of Australia's criminal asset confiscation framework and returning value to the community.
