The ICT Change and Release Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination and delivery of IT changes and releases to ensure they are implemented safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption. They ensure robust change and release processes aligned to ITIL principles, supporting stable, secure and reliable technology services across the organisation.
