The Senior Case Manager (SCM) delivers expert level personal insolvency services on behalf of the Official Trustee, managing complex and high-risk bankrupt estates that require established technical insolvency knowledge and judgement. Operating within the Estate Administration Section, the role applies in depth knowledge of insolvency law, practice, and estate administration to independently manage complex caseloads, resolve technically challenging matters, identify compliance and enforcement issues, and provide authoritative advice to stakeholders. Though not essential, prior industry experience or relevant qualifications within the insolvency sector is highly desirable. Demonstrated prior experience in insolvency and/or complex estate administration, will enable the successful candidate to operate with minimal supervision and to contribute technical leadership within the team. These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney.
