Case Managers facilitate the processing of registration and permit applications, undertake a range of non-technical tasks, and manage and coordinate stakeholder meetings. The position requires developed skills in time management and workload management, as well as an ability to communicate effectively with team members and both internal and external stakeholders.
This is a bulk recruitment round for the purpose of establishing a merit pool across all Registration Management teams - Veterinary Medicines, Pesticides, Permits and Pre-evaluation.

To be considered for these roles you will need the following essential criteria:
- Well-developed organisational and planning skills, including the ability to show initiative, prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes during periods of high demand.
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail that can be applied to the preparation of a range of written documents and reports.
- Ability to liaise, negotiate and build networks with staff, clients, and service providers and to resolve difficult client interactions.
- Experience in, or aptitude for, performing administrative tasks associated with data entry and managing large volumes of data.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and under limited direction to achieve business outcomes.
