Who are we looking for? 

A performance specialist with extensive experience  in an agency environment with a particularly strong skill set in paid search and knowledge of paid social and other channels. You need to be proficient at forecasting for multiple channels and recommending digital attribution and channel mix strategy. We’re looking for someone who has excellent analytical skills as well as advanced knowledge of systems and industry tools- Google Analytics and Adwords (Certified), Meta & SA360

As Performance Director you’ll need to manage and develop holistic digital services and strategy using your excellent project management skills and be able to understand and communicate complex concepts/business issues internally and externally.  

You need to have the ability to prioritise multiple requests whilst driving collaboration & strategically achieving growth for your client. You will have a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships 

What will your day look like?

  • Leading planning work across the client, and developing the strategic direction into channel recommendations, tactics and solutions to deliver to business goals
  • Driving delivery of strategic and innovative media solutions for your client, helping to evaluate media responses to determine the most effective strategies 
  • Overseeing your team to provide concise, timely and accurate reporting on all campaigns, including insightful commentary and learnings for future campaigns
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth and cross-departmental revenue growth within the agency
  • Preparing  and implementing media plan options, analyses, and recommendations based on strategic direction provided 
  • Managing the allocation of resources within the direct team to ensure that all accounts are adequately resourced and work is delivered in an efficient manner
  • Optimising performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix including SEM, display, paid social, retargeting and affiliates
  • Control and management of relevant budgets
  • Utilising internal data systems to measure and report on performance and ensure goals and objectives are met across all touch-points
  • Examining the full view of client’s businesses including sales, merchandising, marketing and operations to provide data-driven insights on performance for relevant teams
  • Develops a team vision and culture to inspire results-driven, innovative, proactive mentality within the team
