Citipointe Church Redcliffe is seeking a full-time Pastoral Support Officer to join their team for a maternity leave cover of approximately 10 months. This role has no experience requirement, as full training will be provided. Work is carried out at our Redcliffe location. A laptop will be provided and there are professional development opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Location Pastor
  • Assist with planning and facilitating meetings
  • Field emails, mail and phone calls for the Location Pastor and other staff
  • Prepare and edit documents and reports as needed
  • Collate and report attendance and finance figures – weekly, monthly and annual comparison reports
  • Weekly and monthly finance reporting and banking
  • Submission and maintenance of PO requests, recording, reporting and paying invoices
  • Location administration
  • Sunday service administration & management
  • Maintain corporate calendar
  • Event coordination with teams
  • Sort incoming deliveries
  • Compile and distribute Sunday and event run sheets
  • Manage platform schedule and roster accordingly
  • Supervise Business Certificate Trainees
  • Guest relations
