The Citipointe Church Redcliffe campus is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Director for a maternity leave cover. The Pastoral Director will work with the Redcliffe campus Pastoral team, as well as volunteers and the global Citipointe team. The Pastoral Director must have a passion for all things pastoral care, be friendly and personable, have an excellent work ethic and work well as part of a team. This position is a part-time role, based at the Citipointe Redcliffe campus, two days per week. The ideal start date for this positon is Monday the 8th of July 2024 until Tuesday the 6th of May 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equip and resource the Pastoral Team
• Checking and assigning all Yes Bar enquiries to relevant ministry leaders
• Review and assign weekly Prayer Requests to relevant leaders
• Oversight and delegation of major pastoral care issues
• Organise baby dedications
• Maintain database
• Recruit and equip team towards the outworking of water and Holy Spirit baptisms
• Co-ordinate with Pastoral Team for Sunday Service Expo's
