The Education and Engagement team supports Comcare’s purpose to promote and enable safe and healthy work through the design and delivery of high-quality education and engagement resources and activities. These are designed to be effective, engaging, data informed and centred on the needs of clients and stakeholders.
The team works collaboratively across Comcare to maximise opportunities for effective learning and engagement initiatives that delivers positive impact for the Comcare scheme.
The team comprises three complementary functions: Education, Engagement and Design, and Digital Learning - bringing together specialist capability to deliver an integrated, consistent and high quality approach to education and engagement across the organisation.
The Assistant Director, Digital Learning leads the implementation, support and reporting of Comcare’s digital learning ecosystem. The role enables the effective delivery of education and engagement activities that support the Comcare scheme and broader organisational priorities.
Overview of the role
You will lead a team to deliver high quality digital learning outcomes, provide expert advice, and work closely with team members, senior leaders and key stakeholders. The role plays a central part in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of education and engagement programs, ensuring they are accessible, effective and evidence based.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, along with experience in designing and delivering digital learning products. You will also bring capability in data, reporting and evaluation, and a strong understanding of digital learning systems to support continuous improvement and informed decision making.
Desirable qualifications and experience
- Experience in eLearning design, delivery and systems.
- Qualification or experience in education, learning or training and project management will be highly regarded.
Eligibility and specific conditions of employment
- Australian citizenship.
- Character clearance (Australian Criminal History Check).
- Employee health declaration.
- Six months probationary period for new engagements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
