Overview of the team and role

The Claims Transformation and Capability team is responsible for delivering transformation and change, systems, and people capability improvements to support claims management operations. Services are delivered through a multidisciplinary team model with 3 key streams of expertise.

The Assistant Director, Claims Systems leads a small team focused on the Claims Management Group’s systems capability. The team maintains claims management technology business requirements and works to ensure the delivery of systems, as well as system improvements, that are fit for claims management activities.

This role and the team must work collaboratively across all the Claims Management Group and Comcare. The Assistant Director, Claims Systems reports to the Director, Claims Transformation and Capability and may manage team members across multiple sites.
