Overview of the team and role

The Claims Transformation and Capability team is responsible for delivering transformation and change, systems, and people capability improvements to support claims management operations. Services are delivered through a multidisciplinary team model with 3 key streams of expertise. 

The Assistant Director, Claims People and Capability leads and coordinates improvement to people and capability in Comcare’s Claims Management Group. The role is focused on defining claims capability needs and coordinating the delivery of training and education to claims teams and leading the attraction and recruitment activities for the Group. The Assistant Director, Claims People and Capability reports to the Director, Claims Transformation and Capability and may manage team members across multiple locations.
