The Claims Strategy and Governance team coordinates Comcare’s claims strategy, claims management systems, governance, published material, claims data and reporting. In addition, the team is responsible for the monitoring of compliance and continuous improvement. The team is multi-disciplinary and works across the group and Comcare to help support and enable claims outcomes.  

The team is leading work within the claims management group to improve the ways we talk about data and insights. This team is the group’s subject matter expert(s) on claims data.

The Claims Data and Reporting unit works to ensure proper definition, accuracy and use of Comcare’s claims data holdings, as well as design and development of better data sharing tools such as PowerBi reports and Dashboards.

The Assistant Director, Claims Data and Reporting leads a small team within Claims Strategy and Governance driving Claims Management Group’s data knowledge, stewardship, analysis and reporting.

 

The role is responsible for the claims management reporting framework and governance for use of data and report content. The Assistant Director, Claims Data and Reporting reports to the Director, Claims Strategy and Governance and may manage team members across multiple sites.
