The People, Property and Security team is responsible for supporting the strategic direction of Comcare and enabling the organisation to respond effectively to current and future business needs, through strategic and effective frameworks, advice and processes. The team is comprised of the following sections:  Performance and Employee Relations, Work Health and Safety, HR Systems and Reporting, Workforce Strategy, Security and Property.

People Advisers Recruitment play an integral role in delivering recruitment services and provide timely advice and support to Comcare staff and stakeholders on recruitment and selection, HR policies and processes in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures. 

The roles would be suited to individuals who have strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, and to effectively manage competing priorities.
