The Scheme Reporting and Analysis team supports Comcare’s ability to acquire, use and share business intelligence, particularly data. This includes undertaking analysis, operational reporting and providing insights to highlight emerging risks and trends.

As a Reporting Support Officer, you will coordinate and assist with Comcare’s scheme data and reporting environment:

  • coordinating the collection and storage of workers’ compensation and health and safety data and compiling data for reports to the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Commission as required.
  • supporting the team to prepare data extracts for performance reporting and analysis of the Comcare scheme.

The role will work with stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs and analyse, evaluate, and integrate a variety of information sources. The role also provides appropriate advice and manages the resolution of issues and assists with the administration of the corporate reporting environment.
