The People, Property and Security team is responsible for supporting the strategic direction of Comcare and enabling the organisation to respond effectively to current and future business needs, through strategic and effective frameworks, advice, systems, and processes. The team consists of the following sections: Human Resources Operations and Employee Relations, HR Systems and Reporting, Property and Security, Workforce Strategy and Workplace Health and Safety.

Reporting to the Manager, HR Systems and Reporting, the role will support the design, development and implementation of HR Systems and reporting capability requirements across Comcare. 

The role will provide HR Systems administration and will undertake regular reporting and provide adhoc reporting requests to business areas as well as provide detailed insights in the reporting and analysis of workforce management data. This involves analysing a diverse range of quantitative and qualitative workforce data including human resources datasets and opinion survey responses.
