The CRM Support Engineer role is within the Development team which is responsible for delivering solution design, implementation and support to various business application implemented on Dynamics 365 / Power Platform and .NET Core Framework. The team uses Agile and DevOps methodologies for delivering projects and enhancements to key business applications. This team collaborates with vendors, technology teams and promotes a strong client focussed ICT service culture to support Comcare’s business operations.
The CRM Support Engineer will undertake solution design, implementation and support functions to deliver key changes to Comcare’s business applications, ensuring their availability for business needs. As a CRM Support Engineer, you will need well developed technical skills in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform and .NET Core Framework to effectively support and improve Comcare’s business applications.
Qualifications/Experience
• Relevant degree in Information Technology or Programming
• Understanding and experience in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform
• Good knowledge and experience in .NET and .NET Core technologies
• Experience with SDLC and working with enterprise computing platforms
