The Mental Health and Research team is responsible for the delivery of evidence-based innovative programs and initiatives that influence how Comcare meets its strategic intent to promote and enable safe and healthy work, including mentally healthy workplaces. The team, comprising both Mental Health and Research functions, engages collaboratively across the business and with external stakeholders to conduct and translate research to deliver positive impact for the Scheme. 

The Assistant Director, Mental Health is responsible for leading and managing mental health programs and initiatives across the Comcare scheme. The Assistant Director, Mental Health will ensure the utilisation of data and evidence-based approaches in the development, monitoring, evaluation and translation of project outcomes. 

This position has a strong focus on identifying, developing, managing and sustaining stakeholder relationships, including employers, to ensure achievement of outcomes that inform better practice across the scheme.
