ETC is requesting this information from you so that we can process your application for employment.  Providing this information to us is not required by law, however our ability to assess your application may be affected if you choose not to provide it.

Your information will be treated confidentially and it will be held in our Human Resources department and distributed electronically to those people involved in the recruitment process. It will also be used to contact your referees.

We may also use the information for statistical and reporting purposes.

ETC will not disclose your personal information to anybody else unless we are required to do so by law – for example if the information is needed in an emergency or for law enforcement purposes.
