Geoscience Australia is undertaking an Organisational Transformation Program (the Program) to design and implement operating model changes to ensure that the organisation remains fit-for-purpose into the future. 

The Program will undertake organisational design and incorporate recommendations from internally initiated reviews and audits. The Program will align activities into cohesive, achievable workstreams that will allow us to deliver effective long-term change. The Program will uplift key areas to improve our performance, resilience and impact and ensure that the organisation can continue to successfully deliver into the future.  

As part of Geoscience Australia’s human centred design capability, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to lead service design activities to improve processes and services. The role uses a practical mix of service design, user research, business analysis, Lean and UX approaches to improve service outcomes and build organisational capability.
