The Education and Outreach team is part of the Discovery and Engagement section which aims to educate and engage Australia’s diverse communities in the Earth sciences, to help them understand the value of geoscience in public policy discussions and to ensure Geoscience Australia is recognised as the trusted source of information on Australia’s geology and geography. The section comprises four teams: Client and Visitor Services, Research Support, Collections, and Education and Outreach.
