- Improve and optimise our people systems, including Aurion, ELMO and Elumina
- Support payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Configure and enhance systems for better performance and user experience
- Streamline processes across payroll and HR
- Help leaders navigate people matters with advice that’s practical, consistent and easy to apply

About you:
You’re a systems and/or payroll professional first, with a sharp eye for detail and a drive to make things work better.
You bring:
- Experience working across HRIS and payroll systems, including configuration, upgrades and backend administration (Aurion and/or ELMO highly regarded)
- Solid exposure to payroll processing and compliance, including STP, PAYG and WorkCover
- Confidence working with data, systems and reporting to improve accuracy and efficiency
- The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes
- A high level of accuracy, with the ability to work both independently and within clear frameworks
