The Position:
We are seeking a Temporary Full -Time Secondary Receptionist to join our Christ-centred teaching community. This position is located at our Werribee campus.
This will be a fixed term contract for Term 2 & Term 3 only. There is a Possibility of a one day a week continuing on for another six months after the contract ends.
This position requires someone who is strong in reception and customer service, with maintaining regular conversations for parents, students, and staff.
This position will maintain and be responsible for the secondary school reception area including but not limited to phones, visitors, and emails.
The Person:
• Can demonstrate a high level of communication, professional and interpersonal skills when relating to students, staff, families and the wider community.
• Can demonstrate a level of communication, professional and interpersonal skills when relating to students, staff, families and the wider community.
• Excellent administrative and computer skills are essential.
• Knowledge and use of computer programs such as Word, Excel and Power point.
• Knowledge of school management system Synergetic is advantageous.
• Demonstrates initiative and flexibility as you approach work, with the ability to manage time well.
• A team player – willing to help or provide avenues of support to other team members and colleagues if or when required.
• Holds a valid Working with Children Certificate ‘E’ & Police check.
