The Position:

We have an opportunity for a Daily Organiser and Timetabler to join our team at the Melton Campus in 2026. 

The role Daily Organiser and Timetabler is integral to the smooth delivery of daily educational services for students and staff across the College. This role coordinates day-to-day planning, the management of staff replacements, and ensures continuity in operations. Collaboration with staff is key to ensuring all logistical details are considered, enabling the effective implementation of College programs. 

This position includes the timetabling requirements specific to the Melton campus and works closely with leadership to ensure the system is produced efficiently and on schedule.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the below:

  • Highly organised and proactive.  
  • The ability to predict consequences of actions.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing circumstances.  
  • Committed to continuous improvement and efficiency. 
  • Strong communication Skills - Clear and timely communication with staff, leadership, and Teachers. 
  • Problem-Solving capability.
  • Experience with Timetabling software. 

 

Education and Experience:

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate or have:

  • Certificate IV preferably in Business / Administration and has substantial office administration experience.  
  • Experience with the Timetabler suite of products will be viewed favourably.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillset.
  • Previous experience with working with computer systems.
  • Solid organisational skills.
  • Valid WWCC ‘E’ & Police Check.
