The Position:
Due to the college's continued growth, we are seeking a Learning Enhancement Coordinator to work across our Werribee Primary campus.
The Learning Enhancement Coordinator—Primary guides the Learning Enhancement team in providing expertise to teaching staff to enable them to support and extend student learning.
This position will include responsibility, a .5 FTE of teaching, a .5 FTE of Learning Enhancement Coordinator, and a monetary allowance.

Education and Experience:
The Campus Learning Enhancement Coordinator will:
- Be a skilled educator within the teaching profession with a Minimum Degree in Education with specialised experience working with students with additional needs.
- Have appropriate leadership qualifications and/or experience:
- Special Education Degree
- Have a demonstrated commitment to the Lordship of Christ in all areas of their life.
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the achievement of the College’s mission and educational direction. Have extensive experience and a deep understanding of current educational support programs, trends, practices, and policies.
- The ability to build the capacity of their team members and for creating a positive, healthy, Christ Centered culture within the team.
- Be committed to the development and empowerment of the staff.
- Have a strong organisational skillset.
- Be able to be an effective team member.
