The Role
Are you passionate about working outdoors, operating machinery, and contributing to the development of your community? We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Plant Operator / Labourer to join our dedicated Urban Operations team.
As a key member of our multi-disciplined team, you’ll be responsible for a variety of plant operation, including regular use of a skid steer loader and excavator combination, and labouring tasks that support the construction and maintenance of Council’s infrastructure assets. This is a hands-on role where your skills and experience will directly contribute to the safety, functionality, and appearance of our community.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The ability to legally and effectively operate a skid steer loader and excavator;
- Hold or have the ability to successfully obtain ‘Load and Unload Plant’ competency;
- Construction Industry Induction (White Card); and
- Possess and maintain a current “MR” class motor vehicle licence.
