The Role
An opportunity exists within Livingstone Shire Council for a Support Services Officer to join our Support Services Team. Council is inviting applications for a Support Services Officer. This is a permanent part time opportunity on a job share basis working 36.15 hours per fortnight. The successful candidate will provide confidential administration assistance in a professional, efficient and manner supporting the ongoing development of good working relationships with all staff and members of the community.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working in an administration role and hold a current motor vehicle driver licence;
- Demonstrated communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and strongly focused on the provision of quality customer service;
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant statutory requirements;
- Demonstrated ability to research and draft correspondence, reports and other documentation; and
- Solid time management, planning and organisational skills.
