  • Proficiency in using asset management and GIS platforms (e.g., Conquest and ESRI), with the ability to create, modify, analyse, and extract spatial and asset data to support the accurate development, maintenance, and improvement of corporate asset registers.
  • Proven ability to interpret engineering drawings, development submissions, and project documentation to ensure compliance with Council’s as-constructed standards and to support accurate GIS digitisation, asset register updates, and the capitalisation of developer-contributed assets.
  • Experience working within a small, high volume asset management team and collaborating effectively across the broader organisation, including liaison with internal stakeholders, development assessment teams, and external developers to resolve asset-related issues and obtain accurate information.

What you will bring:

You are not just good with data, you understand what it means for the big picture.  Here is what sets you apart:

  • A strong eye for detail, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, project documentation and costings, and translate this information into GIS datasets (points, lines and polygons) and asset records within the asset register.
