About the Role:
As the Coordinator Accounting Services, you will:
- Lead a high performing accounting team and drive operational excellence across accounting and accounts payable.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, statutory requirements and performance monitoring to support informed organisational decision making.
- Ensure strong compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and legislative requirements.
- Provide expert financial advice to leaders and stakeholders across the organisation to enhance strategic and operational outcomes.
- Support annual audit processes and contribute to continuous improvement in financial systems and practices.
What You Will Bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Business (Accounting or related discipline) and extensive relevant industry experience.
- Proven experience in management accounting, with sharp analytical and problem solving skills.
- The ability to interpret legislation and apply sound judgement in complex financial environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a collaborative, customer focused approach.
- Strong time management capability and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- A solid understanding of contemporary financial management, budgeting, risk management and financial modelling tools.
- White Card and current C Class Driver Licence.
