Safety Support Officer (3679) – Permanent Full Time

The Role

This position supports Council’s direction by providing high quality, professional workplace health and safety services and advice to staff and management whilst maintaining a confidential and professional manner at all times. The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with all clients is a key requirement of this role.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Demonstrated experience working in a workplace health and safety environment, including rehabilitation and return to work programs and processing worker compensation claims; and 

Possess and maintain a current motor vehicle driver licence.
