The Role

Are you passionate about working outdoors, operating machinery, and contributing to the development of your community? We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Plant Operator / Labourer to join our dedicated Rural Operations team at The Caves.

As a key member of our multi-disciplined team, you’ll be responsible for a variety of plant operation, including regular use of a roller and labouring tasks that support the construction and maintenance of Council’s infrastructure assets. This is a hands-on role where your skills and experience will directly contribute to the safety, functionality, and appearance of our community.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • The ability to competently and safely operate a roller;
  • Construction Industry Induction (White Card); and 
  • Possess and maintain a current motor vehicle licence.
