OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

The City of Melbourne values your privacy and is committed to the responsible handling of personal information collected as part of the recruitment process.

Information collected will be used in relation to recruitment and will be handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Principles (IPPs) in the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).

Profiles created via Aurion Recruitment will remain stored in the system permanently unless you choose to delete your account via the systems main menu.

Specific application documents, (e.g. cover letter, resume, supporting documents) will be stored in Aurion Recruitment for a maximum period of 12 months from the application date before being permanently deleted.
