The National Gallery of Australia is currently recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee non-art storage and delivery operations, mail services, and administrative logistics that support the Gallery’s daily functions.

This hands-on role is critical to the efficient operation of the Gallery’s internal logistics. Key responsibilities include coordinating scheduled and ad hoc truck runs, managing courier bookings, and supporting mail distribution across the organisation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure service delivery.
