Privacy Statement

Office of Parliamentary Counsel (OPC) collects personal information from you when you register to apply for a position.  This information is stored in our Human Resources Information System (Aurion).  Your information is used by OPC to manage recruitment and selection processes relating to your employment or potential employment.  This is authorised by the Public Service Act 1999. The Agency will not disclose the information to persons, who are not involved in managing OPC's recruitment and selection processes, without your consent except where authorised or required by law. Non-identifying information may be used for statistical purposes.
