Casual Landscape Construction Teacher – TAFE Queensland Gold Coast

We are seeking a Casual Landscape Construction Teacher to join our team at the Ashmore campus. What You'll Do  

  • Deliver outcome-focused vocational education and training aligned to national training packages
  • Lead engaging teaching and learning across classroom, practical, workplace and online environments
  • Design and implement industry-relevant assessment tools and practices
  • Support student progression through feedback, mentoring and inclusive teaching approaches
  • Maintain currency in landscape construction industry practices and teaching methodologies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance activities
  • Promote safe work practices, sustainability and positive learning environments
  • Build strong relationships with students, industry and stakeholders

What You'll Need (Mandatory Qualifications / Requirements) 

  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction (AHC30921) or equivalent/higher. 
  • TAE40122 / TAE40116 / TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or 
  • Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or Training Design and Development; or 
  • Higher-level adult education qualification approved by TAFE Queensland. 
  • Current industry skills directly relevant to landscape construction.
