Facilities Advisors manage a geographical portfolio of assets ensuring services provided are delivered in a timely manner, to appropriate standards with value for money.

With a focus on smoothing running of contractor operations and assisting in overall service delivery, this role manages all aspects of building compliance, KPI targets, responsive and planned maintenance, instruct/coordinate vacant maintenance and provide quality services to stakeholders and tenants. 

To succeed, you will have prior experience within building services or maintenance, the ability to conduct high quality building inspections & reporting and a trades background or relevant qualifications.  Previous roles in NFP will be advantageous.

Salary $88,757 pa - plus super, salary packaging & leave loading
