Make a difference in the lives of people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness by providing housing services to a diverse range of people, many of whom have complex needs. This role delivers high quality tenancy and property management services, actively working towards successful tenancies for our diverse client base in a supportive team with great culture. Duties include end to end property management (manage arrears, routine inspections, VCAT hearings), ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard, manage rent for properties, allocate people to vacancies, arrange & participate in house meetings and working closely with housing support workers. Experience managing a wide variety of clientele essential & exposure to the NFP industry is an advantage. Qualifications & experience apply, see the Position Description for further detail.
