Make a difference in the lives of people who are homeless/at risk of homelessness by providing critical support services to a diverse range of people, many of whom have complex needs.

This role supports renters to improve overall wellbeing, physical, emotional & mental health with the goal of sustaining housing and maximise participation in local communities. You will support renters to access required supports through advocacy and service coordination or as part of a coordinated client care plan, assist renters to transition to mainstream services and progress to independent living.

Experience managing a wide variety of clientele essential & exposure to the NFP industry is an advantage.

Salary $ 84,421 pa - plus super, salary packaging & leave loading.
