Wangaratta, VIC | Permanent Full Time | $70,017 per annum + super
We are seeking a practical, safety-focused and community-minded Transfer Station Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of Wangaratta’s rural transfer stations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will ensure smooth, compliant and efficient service delivery while maintaining high standards across each site.
You will oversee staff, maintain site safety and cleanliness, coordinate waste handling activities and provide friendly, reliable customer service to residents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in well-run facilities and is confident in guiding others to follow safe and efficient work practices.
