Customer Experience Officer 

Wangaratta, VIC | Permanent Full Time x 2 | $70,017 per annum + super

We're looking for two enthusiastic Customer Experience Officers to become the welcoming face and voice of our Council. If you're someone who thrives on helping others, loves solving problems, and brings positivity to every conversation, this is your chance to shine.

As part of our dynamic Customer Service team, you'll be the first point of contact for our community—whether that's in person, over the phone, or online. You'll guide customers through a wide range of Council services, handle enquiries and payments with confidence, and make sure every request is followed through with care and accuracy.
