Early Childhood Educator – Level 3

Wangaratta, VIC | Multiple Opportunities | Full Time, Part Time and Casual Roles Available 

  • Full Time (38 hours per week): $70,017 per annum + super
  • Part Time: $35.43 per hour + super
  • Casual: $44.29 per hour (includes casual loading) + super

About the Role

As a Level 3 Educator, you will play a key leadership role in shaping high quality learning experiences. You will design and implement engaging, play based learning programs, build strong relationships with children and families, mentor and guide team members within your room, contribute to planning cycles that support each childs development and wellbeing, and help drive our commitment to achieving the highest National Quality Standard. Your expertise and initiative will help create positive, lasting impacts for children aged 0 to 6.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience in planning and delivering quality educational programs
  • Ability to take initiative and lead within the room
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with families, children & colleagues
  • First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management certifications
  • Current Working with Children Check & willingness to obtain a Police Check
