Join WSAC as a Group Fitness Instructor

Wangaratta, VIC | Casual Opportunities | $66.58 per hour (includes 25% loading)

Are you a qualified Group Fitness Instructor who is passionate about helping people move better, feel better and live better? At the Wangaratta Sports and Aquatic Centre (WSAC), we are building a high impact team of instructors who inspire, motivate and elevate every class experience. What You Will Bring to the Team

We are looking for an instructor who leads with confidence, enthusiasm and genuine connection. You will deliver engaging, high quality classes that support participants of all ages and abilities, helping them achieve their goals and enjoy every session.

We are seeking someone with:

  • Specific Group Fitness qualifications such as Les Mills, Pilates, Functional Fitness, Strength and Conditioning
  • Certificate III and or IV in Fitness (highly desirable)
  • Strong group leadership skills and an engaging communication style
  • The ability to build rapport and create a welcoming, inclusive class environment
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a team focused mindset
  • Current First Aid, CPR and relevant insurance or industry registration
  • A valid Working With Children Check
