What You Will Be Doing
As our Customer Experience Officer, you will be the friendly face and confident voice that sets the tone for every visit. Your role includes welcoming guests, answering enquiries, supporting members, and ensuring every person feels valued from the moment they arrive.
You will also:
- Handle transactions and cash management with accuracy
- Support daily operations with essential administrative tasks
- Contribute to a smooth, positive, and memorable customer journey
