We are proud to deliver our own kerbside waste and organics collection service, and we are looking for a motivated, community focused Waste Services Operator to help us continue delivering excellence.

As a Waste Services Operator, you will be the face of our kerbside service, keeping our streets clean, supporting households and businesses and contributing directly to a more sustainable future. No two days are the same, and your work will have a visible impact across the municipality.
What you will be doing
- Operating collection vehicles across rural and urban areas
- Delivering friendly, reliable customer service in the field
- Supporting landfill operations, transfer station maintenance and organics processing
- Upholding our strong safety culture and service standards
What you bring
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a supportive team and cares about doing the right thing for the environment. Ideally, you will have:
- A current HR licence (essential)
- A solid driving record
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication and customer service skills
- An interest in sustainable waste management
- The ability to start early and work efficiently outdoors
- Experience in the waste industry is preferred but not essential
