What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in sustainable waste and resource recovery
- A full manual driver’s licence (essential)
- Experience with agricultural equipment or heavy plant (preferred, not essential)
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow organisational policies and procedures
- Physical capacity to undertake manual work
