In this pivotal role, you will:
- Champion high quality learning experiences that help children flourish
- Support and collaborate with the Centre Coordinator and Educational Lead
- Guide, mentor, and empower a passionate team of educators
- Oversee daily operations and ensure a warm, welcoming, well run centre
- Build strong relationships with families and manage enrolments with care
