At the Wangaratta Sports and Aquatic Centre (WSAC), we dont just welcome guests we create experiences that energise, inspire and keep our community coming back. We are looking for a Customer Experience Officer who brings warmth, confidence and genuine enthusiasm to every interaction. What You Will Do
- Be the face of WSAC – welcome members and visitors with positivity, professionalism and genuine care
- Make every moment seamless – support enquiries, process memberships and bookings, and help people feel informed and supported
- Keep the centre humming – assist with transactions, cash handling and essential admin tasks that keep everything running smoothly
- Create the vibe – help build an environment where people feel valued, encouraged and excited to return
What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable presence
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team driven environment
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
