As the go-to person for all facility bookings, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted expert for schools, community groups, sporting clubs, and local businesses. You’ll guide users through the booking process, ensure every detail is spot on, and help create seamless experiences across our centre.
Your knack for coordination and your commitment to accuracy will keep our spaces running smoothly—from scheduling and staffing to equipment setup and invoicing. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our Leadership Team with essential administrative tasks that keep our operations humming.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Community Program Development: Spot opportunities to grow and enhance programs that support our local community.
- Booking Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Manage facility bookings with confidence while building strong, positive relationships with user groups.
- Customer Service Excellence: Keep a pulse on user satisfaction and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality service.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Leadership Team with minute taking, reporting, invoicing, payroll support, and more.
- Financial & Reporting Tasks: Process accounts and payments, prepare reports, and help track key performance indicators.
